Lisa did a great job marketing and even more important making sure sale closed. The current real estate market place is difficult based on interest rates. Mrs. Chirico paid close attention to all details that made this sale happen in difficult uncertain market place that can drive prices down.

My fiancé and I met Lisa through our friend who had a positive buying experience with her. Being a first time homebuyer is stressful, and Lisa took the time to give us a high level overview of the process and patiently answer all of our questions before we dove in, which inspired confidence. Upon touring houses, she brought an uplifting attitude that supported our vision, while not sacrificing her honesty about any concerns she had about a property. She has an excellent network of contacts from lenders to inspectors, but isn't pushy about her buyers using them. Her contacts that we did use were responsive and did great work. Additionally, Lisa had an excellent sense of appealing to the seller, and didn't go overboard with any bluff-calling strategies. After inspection resolution, an issue arose and she fought long and hard to come to a reasonable agreement at a late hour in our contract, which allowed us to proceed forward with a house we had already fallen in love with.
